Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Brewgoespresso, we stand behind the quality of our portable espresso machines. If something isn’t right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.


Because we ship internationally through trusted fulfillment partners, the following policy applies to all orders.


By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

 


You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.


To qualify:

 

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories must be included

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Return must be pre-approved in writing

 


Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

 


 

 

2. Easy Resolution First Policy

 


Before requesting a return, please contact us.


Most issues can be resolved quickly through:


✔ Replacement parts

✔ Product guidance or troubleshooting

✔ Partial refund (where appropriate)

✔ Free replacement (if confirmed defective)


Our goal is to solve problems without unnecessary international returns.

 


 

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

  • Include your order number

 


If verified, we will offer:


✔ A free replacement

or

✔ A full refund


In many cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

 


 

 

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

 


We understand that plans change.


If you wish to return an unused product:

 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Item must be unused and in resellable condition

  • A restocking fee of up to 10–15% may apply

 


Products that show signs of use (coffee residue, scratches, water exposure) are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.

 


 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 


Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.


Shipping delays caused by:

 

  • Customs processing

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

 


are not grounds for refunds while the package is in transit.


Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

 


 

 

6. Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery

 


If a package is returned due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to pay customs duties

  • Refusal to accept delivery

 


Return and reshipping fees will be deducted from any refund.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 


 

 

7. PayPal & Payment Disputes

 


We encourage customers to contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute.


We maintain shipment tracking and delivery confirmation for all orders.


Claims of “Item Not Received” after confirmed delivery will be disputed with carrier tracking documentation.


False or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

 


 

 

8. Refund Processing

 


Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
